Synopsis
When a cat shelter loses its funding, a gang of kids scheme to get their furry friends adopted by creating the internet’s most viral crazy cat videos.
Twelve-year-old Rennie desperately wants a kitten and she’s finally saved enough for the adoption fee by doing chores for her neighbors after school. But when her dad takes her to the local shelter, there are no kittens, only older cats. Then Rennie learns the shelter has lost its funding and must shut down at the end of the month! With help from her gang of skater friends, she makes it her mission to get all of the cats adopted. Computer-geek Malcolm’s talent for digital effects -- along with the natural charisma of their furry friends -- means their crazy cat videos are sure to go viral. But can they find every cat a home before time runs out?
