The Amazing Floydini

Library | 93' minutes | 2004 | HD | USA

Synopsis

Floyd’s life consists of his therapist, his nursing home bound mother and hanging out with his fellow late bloomers. But on the day before his 40th birthday, he takes charge of his life and pursue his first career as he decides to become a magician (much to his mother’s mortification). Due to his allergic reaction to rabbits and ineptitude with children, his first gig as a birthday party magician is an utter failure.

Upon meeting Lulu, Floyd begins doing magic on the streets and decides to supplement his income by incorporating a wallet disappearing trick into his act. He picks one. Then two. Then can’t seem to stop. Lulu perfects the art of distraction while Floyd perfects his sleight of hand. Lulu loves the excitement and the money but Floyd wants to get back to being an honest magician.
