Synopsis

Mayhem rules the streets of Los Angeles as the police attempt to gain control.

A cop killer is loose, causing mayhem in the city as crime reaches an all-time high. The police are being killed off or put in prison. Two police officers attempt to hunt down the killer only to find out that he is being backed up by dirty politicians and harbored by a white supremacist gang. Now the only way for justice is to go rogue.
